Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before you accept a proposal

No payment is due. You may cancel your request at any time from your dashboard at no cost.

After acceptance and payment

Each proposal states its specific refund terms, which take precedence over this general policy.
[Draft] If you cancel before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
[Draft] If work has begun, a pro-rated refund may be issued for work not yet performed.
Fees are for work performed; dissatisfaction with an outcome outside our control (e.g. a hiring decision) is not by itself grounds for a refund.

If we decline or cannot complete

If we are unable to deliver accepted work, unearned fees will be refunded.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via the payment processor and tracked on your request.
