1. The service

AV Infotek ("we") provides a request-management and consulting service operated by Vinay Melkote. You may submit requests for assistance, which are reviewed manually.

2. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, referrals, introductions, approvals, admissions, business results or any other specific outcome. We do not sell influence, favours or access. Fees compensate only for the consulting work defined in an accepted proposal.

3. Review, declining and proposals

Every request is reviewed manually. We may request more information or decline any request, including requests that are unlawful, unethical or out of scope.
If we can help, we send a proposal stating scope, exclusions, fee, currency, pricing model, timeline, expiry and payment/refund terms.
No payment is due unless and until you accept a proposal.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that information you provide is accurate and that your request is lawful. You must not submit others' personal data without permission.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
